Hadn’t heard much from Kendall lately… When he falls in love he falls off the planet. Last night after a win for the Manly Sea Eagles and a few too many red wines he rang me from somewhere in Hawaii, off his bone, all I could hear was laughter and Daddy Cool. This video was attatched to an email moments later.

I wont hear from him again for another couple of months, unless Manly win again, a phone call I wont answer.

Kendall’s still on the road… Suitcase life.

For a water-cameraman he makes a pretty good filmmaker… He dreds the edit, but does a neat job… He should know the deal, if you dont wanna do something dont do it well… Thats why I rarely do the dishes.

Kendall is back on the rock in a madhouse of Billabong’s under 20’s… Its been awhile since i’ve done one of those trips, my last one was in about 2004, days of the Passion Pop, we stayed at Backyards in a 4 bedroom house, with about 15 of us… The groms copped it, messy memorable days.

Anyhow, 6 years on its a new breed of junior froth, headed up by Shaun Joubert, Keanu Asing, Matty Hewitt and another kid who’s surfing floats our boat, Ryan Callinan… He’s a respectable young kid and flares beyond his years… Check

Joel took a few of the NRL all-stars for a paddle too see how they’d go out of thier league… If you’re a fan of the greatest game on earth it’ll keep you entertained from start to finish… NRL season is only weeks away and it’s on… In Lockyer we trust.

On another note, Joel and Mick have both donated signed boards, books and rashies to the RYZE UP foundation, along with Ozzie Wright who has given us a piece of his art straight off the walls of his home… So onbehalf of everyone here at RV and the Watson family we say thanks, a massive thanks… The money raised is going towards the funeral costs, the remaining will go into trust accounts for the kids…
